Moldexpo announced tenders to redevelop the former “Aventura Park” area — about four hectares near Valea Morilor Park.
According to Zinaida Popa’s plan, the new zone will include padel courts, recreational sports spaces, and a gastronomy area without affecting existing vegetation.
The tender drew interest from dozens of businesses, and authorities expect significant revenue from operating the new spaces.
